Happy October, everyone!
One thing at the top of everyone’s Autumn Bucket List is to enjoy some of that Pumpkin Spice!

Last year I reviewed Califia Pumpkin Spice Latte Cold Brew Coffee with Almond Milk and Silk Pumpkin Spice Almond Creamer. Both are excellent products – and both are back in stores again! I thought the Califia Pumpkin Spice Latte tasted best icy cold. The Silk Pumpkin Spice Almond Creamer was great in hot coffee (of course), but was a little on the sweet side for me.
Which is why I’m so excited about this new product – Califia Farms Pumpkin Spice No Sugar Added Better Half – Coconut Cream and Almond Milk.
It is super-creamy due to the blend of coconut cream and almond milk (yet not too coconut-y tasting).
It is slightly sweet due to the coconut, but there’s no added sugar. Perfect if, like me, you don’t like your coffee too sweet. (This also means less calories – 15 calories per TWO tablespoons, versus 25 calories per ONE tablespoon of the Silk creamer. Or – 15 verus 50 calories for the same amount!)
The ginger and cinnamon are perfectly balanced. And yes, there is real pumpkin puree! (Third ingredient.)
Califia gave it a nice little boost of calcium too – 4% DV in one serving of 2 tablespoons.
Finally, it does really well in coffee – it doesn’t curdle, clot or separate. It also works in hot tea!
