Yup, this little confection (from Laullipop & Co.) is completely vegan (and soy and gluten free).  Hazelnut crust, cinnamon filling, and an ooey, gooey caramel glaze.  It’s called “Behind Your Hazel(nut) Eyes” and it is absolutely delish!  If you live in Charlotte, check out my full review at Keep Charlotte Boring, and do try to make it to one of Laullipop & Co.’s tastings!
