Yup, this little confection (from Laullipop & Co.) is completely vegan (and soy and gluten free). Hazelnut crust, cinnamon filling, and an ooey, gooey caramel glaze. It’s called “Behind Your Hazel(nut) Eyes” and it is absolutely delish!
